Manhunt downtown called off
Posted by Dave Morgan in Uncategorized on February 3, 2010
After an hour search for a robbery suspect in the West 4th Street area, Sheriff’s Deputies found no sign of the suspect and called the search off. Police dogs from Douglas County and Carson City S.0.combed the area through 9:30am. They were looking for a short, thin white male, older, short hair and wearing a black shirt, black pants and bright white tennis shoes. Anyone knowing anything about the whereabouts of this man should call 911. He is a suspect in an armed robbery early this morning just south of Kragan’s during which a Carson couple were threatened and were forced to turn over cash they had just earlier won at a local casino.
