Jerry Vance “senior” exercise class safe. But will have to compete in the future.

With a supporting cast in the audience to root her on, long time Carson City “Wet Sweat” exercise guru-ette Jerry Vance learned that her exercise classes at the Community won’t be left out in the cold. But she will have to submit an application to the City to continue them at the Community Center. Alcohol “stings” ticket six local businesses who sold liquor to a decoy minor

Carson City Sheriff’s Deputies on a routine alcohol sting operation tested 30 local businesses that serve or sell alcohol and six of them flunked. They served underage persons alcohol without asking for their identification. Five of the six were first time offenders. But one was issued a ticket for getting caught twice in the last six months illegally serving a minor. That ticket went to Capital City Liquor at 1511 North Carson, just south of Long. Leave it to Genoa to put on a cowboy entertainment event that rivals its own late Summer Candy Dance.
It’s their first annual Genoa Cowboy Poetry Music Festival. It’s scheduled for April 29th through May 2nd

NTSB: May 9th Douglas County crash pilot error?

Shares of Macau casino operators (based in Nevada) rose on Tuesday on reports that gambling revenue in the enclave rose to a new high in January, signaling sustained growth in the world’s largest gambling market.

Sands China (1928.HK), the Macau unit of Las Vegas Sands (LVS.N), rose as much as 5.24 percent to a two-week high at HK$11.64. Wynn Macau (1128.HK), the Macau unit of Wynn Resorts (WYNN.O) advanced 3.08 percent to HK$9.70.
