Fernley home owners say, “Hey…not so fast Fallon…”

Over 100 households in Fernley have filed suit against the Federal Bureau of Reclamation and the TCID in Fallon telling them they have no right to re-fill the big canal that broke open recently, flooding over 600 homes. They say the thing still isn’t safe. It needs to be inspected and repaired so it doesn’t blow out again.
