Governor Gibbons’ continuous mantra of “Cuts, cuts, cuts and no new taxes” will be put to the test as he launches what he’s calling the Sage Commission…Spending And Government Efficiency Commission. He will appoint six members and legislative leaders will pick the other six. No time line for a final report to the Governor’s Office.
